In some cases, the standard control (directly operated by the die movement), cannot be used, for instance when long press strokes are needed with dimpling operation; or when the feed must be advanced or delayed (for the presence of pilots on the die); when two or more feeders must be synchronised or when the feeder is not used on a press.
In these cases the standard control will be substituted by an electrical or pneumatic control actuated by a cam on the press or, in case of a different operative machine, by a pneumatic or electric impulse. Quality and Characteristics |

Compactness and versatility are the main characteristics of these devices which can be used for many applications and with different materials like metal, rubber, plastic with the most disparate shapes (strips, wires and cables). They are constituted of one feeder of middle series type X or heavy series type P -S-Z-V-K equipped with a cutter and, whenever necessary, a straightener. 
Our cutters are characterised by the cutting movement by means of double effect cylinder.
Upper & lower guillotine blades are installed within a four pillar die-set with hardened pillars and ball bushes, to facilitate high velocity movements.
Blades can be in hard chrome steel K12 hardened and ground (HRC 68-70).
Further adjustable guides through the feed unit, maintain the cut at right angles to the tube length
Repeated cutting precision is ensured with the installation of spring loaded material gripper pads; actuating prior to the cut. | In the normal series type CHN, application for strips, the feeder in the different standard or special versions, is mounted upside-down and equipped with a single belt guiding device type GNR that convoys also very thin strips up to the cutter blades. |
